Structure:
The pile driver is composed of clamping box, pile pressing mechanism, rise mechanism, travel mechanism, crane, hydraulic system, electric system and so on. It can finish all the pile lifting, pile pressing (including press side and corner pile), travel, and steering.

Applications:
The machine is convenient to press concrete spun pile, square pile, H pile, and other precast pile at the site of:
1. Clay, soft soil, sand layer, etc.
2. Noise regulated urban area.
3. Vibration regulated areas, such as, near old buildings, precision instrument buildings,
subway, overpass, etc.

Features:
1. Hydraulic system
1.1 DTZ series pile driver cylinders adopts the recognized Chinese best quality pile driver cylinders, these cylinders are produced according to Rexroth technology and use Japanese NOK seals.
1.2 Equipped with stable piling pressure and machine lift alarm device, avoid the damage to the machine caused by machine lifting.
1.3 Innovative clamping pressure and piling pressure in-phase technology, prolong the clamping box lifetime and avoid pile damaging.
1.4 Professional hydraulic oil circuit cleaning technology, insure the hydraulic system cleanness and the reliable operation of hydraulic components.

2. Clamping box
Original clamping jaws self-adaptive device, prevent the concrete pile from damaging, and insure high reliability and low failure rate of clamping box. The heat-treated clamping jaws have at least twice lifetime than normal clamping jaws.

3. Stationarytype side & corner piling device
Upright stationarytype side & corner piling device, its theoretical side piling force accounts to 70% of central piling force, assure the verticality of pile.

4. Crane
Innovative crane design, ensures the lifting capacity, improves the buckling strength, and makes it easy to transport; the unique machining technology, enable the slewing support fit the platform better, eliminate the abnormal sound during crane operation, prolong the lifetime of slewing support, bearing, and slewing motor, minimize the possibility of accident.

5. Slewing reset mechanism
Features with big slewing angle and reliable structure, avoid the short ship ball head breaking.

6. Unique radiator system
Equipped with unique radiator system, have a good filtration and heat dissipation effect, solve the high hydraulic oil temperature problem when the machine working in tropic zone.

7. Ergonomical design and easily operational control board
Before the DTZ series pile driver departure, it has been laid the illumination circuit to meet the work in night, and equipped with carbon dioxide warming outlet and welding electric box to facilitate welding work. In the operation cabin and crane cabin, electric fans are installed.
